Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Because all of our products are made-to-order through Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Size & Color Information
Please review all size charts, product details, and color options carefully before ordering. Since each item is produced on demand, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size or color choices made during checkout.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
